Dear Parents & Carers / Annwyl Rieni a Gwarchodwyr,
This week has seen our Year 2 – 6 pupils taking their National Tests and to be fair to them, they did so with little fuss and hopefully very little stress. I’m sure they all did their best and deserve a pat on the back. With preparations taking place and of course the tests being held themselves, the school has been quieter and uncharacteristically, less has been going on, as the twitter feed will reflect. I’m sure normal service will resume next week!

Yr wythnos hon, mae ein disgyblion Blwyddyn 2 – 6 wedi cymryd eu profion ac fe wnaethant hynny heb stwr ac ychydig iawn o straen gobeithio. Rwy’n siŵr eu bod i gyd wedi gwneud eu gorau ac yn haeddu canmoliaeth. Mae’r ysgol wedi bod yn dawelach oherwydd y profion ac yn annodweddiadol, mae llai wedi bod yn digwydd, fel mae twitter yn adlewyrchu. Rwy’n siŵr y bydd y gwasanaeth arferol yn ailddechrau yr wythnos nesaf!

Yours sincerely / Yn gywir,

Bryn D. Jones, Headteacher / Pennaeth

Batwalk – On Thursday we will be holding a special evening event down at the Living Classroom. We will be holding a Batwalk, which will also serve as an opportunity for the school community to get to see this wonderful resource we are developing in partnership with Denbighshire Countryside Services and also some of the biodiversity activities. It starts at 8.00 until 9.30. The late time is so we can identify bats! Please park in the school car-park and walk across.
